What I love about Thai green curry is that it can feed so many guests yet it tastes like it is made for two. It is also gluten free and the vegan version with tofu is just as yummy as the meat eaters version of chicken. I like to serve it with plain brown rice that is sprinkled with sesame seeds and mint, as well as a brown rice medley with black barley and daikon radish seeds.  I cannot serve any curry without papadums. I cook mine in extra virgin olio. Another must is red onion blended with sweet chili sauce. I also must have a yummy home made tzatziki with persian cucumbers and my home made mint sauce (wild mint blended with Putney Vermont maple syrup). Putney is home to one of my BFFs' and Nobel Laureate for Peace, Jody Williams. Which is why I favor that maple syrup.

The rustic coffee table in this setting held the found palm leaf which served as a cheese board.

A Delish Shop cheese board sat next to the cozy chaise lounge .

Strawberries were served on a wooden tray with leaf and cream served from a bamboo bowl

I love the look of the Bamboo utensils and loved that they are eco friendly.

With a Thai themed dinner, I filled large mason jars with rice and inserted candles to create a very soothing and complimentary vibe.

Going with the Thai theme I added mint and basil to flowers in very petit mason jars

The cocktails were made with the Thai flavors of lime, mint & basil and were infused with Vodka over ice and a splash of Pellegrino

I served the rice from aluminum tubs from a hardware store that I lined with tin foil & palm leaves to make it food safe and give it that street food style vibe of Thailand.

I used rustic barnyard style white pitchers and water bottles as vases.

The newly decorated home features rustic aluminum lanterns and woven lanterns.

On the patio I used 100% cotton white & patterned curtains to create a dreamy affect while shielding an ugly view

I bought a fine Irish linen to make the napkins and sewed a serged edge hem. I did the same with burlap to make runners for the dining table.
